FELIX-HUMANE SOCIETY FOR PROTECTION OF HOMELESS CATS
We are homeless cats from Novi Sad, either left without home, or born in the street.We are frightened and lonely, trying to hide from numerous dangers that we face every day; however, we got lucky: we found places in town where some people love us, pet us, take care of us, feed us, give us veterinary care, so we can survive. Little they have, they share with us, and in return we offer lots of love, purring and trust. Our city authorities would not help, but, as we mentioned, we got lucky, and by scrolling down to Our Friends, you can see who help us.
We all are spayed/neutered, clean of parasites, we have temporary homes when we are sick , wounded, or just after our surgeries – there is always a window or a door ajar, which for us makes difference between life and death. We are small and cute, we want lots of love, and we can never understand why some chase us, hit stones at us, hurt us or even kill us!? Why all this – when we can be so useful in many, many ways – medical studies proved us very healing for heart disease patients, our warmth , purring and calmness…. Not to mention mice and rats! And even if some do not like us, and do not want our nebefits – why hurts us or kill us? We certainly do not deserve it!
